Our products are formulated using naturally derived ingredients, catering to all hair types - kinky, coily, wavy, curly, straight, and locs.

Do your products contain harsh ingredients?

No, our products are hand-crafted with your hair needs in mind. We carefully select every ingredient and ensure that none of our products contain parabens, phthalates, synthetic alcohols, or artificial colorants. However, it's important to note that our products do contain preservatives.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We ship to many countries outside of the U.S. Please be aware of your country's customs policy and taxes before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.

When will I receive my order?

Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping and tracking information to keep you updated on its progress.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be applied after placing the order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust an order once it has been placed. Discount codes must be used at the time of placing your order, so please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure the discount is applied.

I provided the wrong address for my order. Can it be changed?

If you realize you've entered the wrong address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. If the order has already been shipped and is returned to HEALNGO due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend it.
