Here is a list of foods that are good to maintain healthy hair. I will talk about each of them below.

Foods that help with hair growth

Salmon: Great source of Omega-3 fatty acids. which nourish the hair and support its growth. They reduce inflammation which is associated with hair loss. Omega-3 fatty acids, help give the hair shine and makes it look hydrated and youthful.

Other sources of Omega-3 fatty acids are tuna fish and other fatty fish.

Sweet Potatoes: they are a good source of iron, copper and potassium, magnesium and beta-carotene. These aid in the growth of cells, prevents the hair from thinning  and reduces the dullness in the hair. The collagen in the potatoes also help with the proper growth of hair strands.

Add olive oil to any of your favorite dishes to enhance it, but also for the absorption of the nutrients necessary for healthy hair. It strengthens the hair follicles, which increases the life span of each hair strand.

Olive oil can also be applied directly to the scalp and hair strands. It is a very important ingredient in our hair products.

Avocados: they are a great source of biotin and adding this into your diet will increase hair growth. Avocado also contains potassium and magnesium that seal the cuticle cells. This makes the hair look smooth and shiny and prevents it from breaking.
